Rick Braund |  | Director, Co-Founder, Landman 1998 2006 Mr. Braund is a co-founder and a former Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Braund has been involved in the Canadian oil and gas business since 1977 in both private and publicly traded corporations. Mr. Braund has previously been the negotiating landman of Peyto from inception until 2006. Mr. Bruand is a co-founder of Gear Energy Corporation and its predecessor company and remains on the boards of both Peyto and Gear. Mr. Braund co-founded and was an executive with numerous public and private energy companies. | Brian Davis |  | Director Peyto Exploration & Development Mr. Davis is the Chairman of the Reserves Committee of Peyto Energy Administration Corp. Mr. Davis is primarily engaged as the Managing Partner of Oil and Gas Evaluations and Consulting, an independent oil and gas engineering consultancy firm based in Houston, Texas, since July 1994. Mr. Davis has acquired significant experience and exposure to accounting and financial issues. Mr. Davis holds a BSC in petroleum engineering from College Station, Texas, USA. | Stephen J. Chetner | Director, Corporate Secretary, Peyto Exploration & Development Corp. Mr. Chetner is a partner at the law firm of Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP. Mr. Chetner started building his base of corporate securities legal experience in 1994. Mr. Chetner has been the Corporate Secretary to Peyto Energy Trust since 2000. Mr. Chetner has an LLB from the University of Western Ontario and an LLM from the University of London (U.K.). | Greg Fletcher |  | Director Peyto Exploration & Development Mr. Fletcher is the Chairman of the Compensation and Nominating Committee of Peyto Exploration & Development Corp. Mr. Fletcher is primarily engaged as the President of Sierra Energy Inc., a private oil and gas production company that he founded in 1997. Mr. Fletcher is also a director of Calfrac Well Services Ltd., a public oilfield service company, Total Energy Services Inc ., a public oilfield service company and Whitecap Resources Inc., a public oil and gas exploration and production company. Mr. Fletcher holds a BSC in Geology from the University of Calgary. In January 2009, Mr. Fletcher graduated from the Directors' Education Program sponsored by the Institute of Corporate Directors and Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary. | Darren Gee |  | Mr. Gee is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Peyto Exploration & Development Corp. Mr. Gee joined Peyto in 2001 as the VP Engineering and succeeded Don Gray as President of Peyto Energy Trust in 2006. He assumed the role of CEO on Jan. 1, 2007. Mr Gee received a BSc in Mechanical Engineering in 1989 from the University of Alberta and worked as a Professional Engineer for Petro Canada, Anderson Exploration, Renaissance Energy and Husky in the past in various reservoir and exploitation engineering roles. | Don Gray |  | Chairman Peyto Exploration & Development Corporation Mr. Gray is a co-founder and former President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Gray is primarily engaged as President of Gray Capital Partners Inc., a private capital management company, since May 2007. Mr Gray is also Executive Chairman of Gear Energy. Mr. Gray holds a BSC in petroleum engineering from Texas A&M University and has worked in the Canadian oil and gas business in various capacities since 1988. Mr. Gray co-founded Peyto in 1998 and efficiently grew production from zero to greater than 20,000 boe/day. | Jean-Paul 'JP' Lachance |  | VP Exploitation Jean-Paul (JP) Lachance has been a practicing engineer in Albertas oil patch since 1991 in various roles including facilities, production, reservoir engineering, and resource management. Prior to joining Peyto in 2011, Mr. Lachance worked with Chevron, Marathon, Esprit, and most recently as VP Engineering of Prospex Resources Ltd. building their Albertas Deep Basin asset base. Mr. Lachance is a professional engineer with a B.Sc. (Civil Engineering) from the University of Waterloo. | Tim Louie |  | Vice President, Land Mr. Louie has been involved in oil and gas as a Landman since 1987. Prior to joining Peyto in January 2012, Mr. Louie held various Land related positions at Norcen Energy, Rigel Oil & Gas, AEC West / EnCana, Flowing Energy and most recently as Land Manager for Daylight Energy. Mr. Louie has a Bachelor of Commerce in Petroleum Land Management from the University of Calgary. | Michael MacBean |  | Director Peyto Exploration & Development Mr. MacBean is the Lead Independent Director of Peyto Exploration and Development, and Chairman of its Audit Committee. Mr. MacBean is primarily engaged as as Managing Director of TriWest Capital Partners. Mr. MacBean is also a director of Diamond Energy Services LP. From 1995 through 1998, Mr. MacBean served as Controller and subsequently Senior Investment Analyst for ARC Financial Corporation. During this time Mr. MacBean also served as Vice-President, Finance for ARC Energy Trust. Prior to 1995, Mr. MacBean was the Manager of Financial Reporting and Taxation for Mannville Oil & Gas. Mr. MacBean received his Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1990. In 1993 Mr. MacBean received his C.A. designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta. In February 2007 Mr. MacBean received his Chartered Directors (C. Dir) designation from McMaster University and the Gil Bennett Award for the outstanding graduating director at the annual governance awards. | Scott Robinson |  | - Executive Vice President, COO, and Director, Professional Engineer Mr. Robinson has been involved in Canada and the U.S. in areas of production and reservoir engineering since 1984, working three years in Denver for a major followed by 10 years for a major in Canada. Formerly VP Operations for Pinnacle Resources and one of four principles and VP Engineering and Operations for Taurus Exploration, a successful private Canadian oil and gas company. Mr. Robinson joined Peyto in 2004. Mr. Robinson has a B.S.(Honors) Chemistry, University of Denver, and an M.S. Chemical Engineering, Colorado School of Mines graduating top of the class in both programs. | David Thomas |  | VP Exploration David Thomas has been exploring and exploiting a wide variety of natural gas properties in Albertas Deep Basin and the Peace River since 1991. Prior to joining Peyto in 2006 as Senior Staff Geologist, Mr Thomas amassed an impressive amount of total production gains (186 mmcf/d) over a 15 year period working for Anadarko Canada, Union Pacific Resources, and Norcen Energy Resources. Mr Thomas has his MSc Geol (University of Minnesota) and BSc Hnrs Geol from Carleton University of Ottawa. | Kathy Turgeon |  | Vice President and CFO Chartered Accountant, has been working in accounting since 1993, former Controller at Peyto , B. Comm. University of Calgary. |
